This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed through harmonicheritage.com.au.

1. Shipping Within Australia

Harmonic Heritage currently offers delivery across Australia through Australia Post.

We deliver to metropolitan, regional and rural locations. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, particularly for remote areas. Australia Post provides Australia-wide coverage for its domestic parcel services. 

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

During promotional periods, holidays or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation containing tracking information where available.

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following delivery options through Australia Post:

Standard Shipping.                   3–7 business days

Express Shipping.                     2–4 business days

These are estimated delivery timeframes and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, regional or remote locations, public holidays, peak periods, weather conditions and circumstances affecting the Australia Post network.

Australia Post itself notes that delivery times vary depending on the origin, destination and delivery service selected. 

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are fixed. 
Orders above $150 offer free shipping.
For any order below $150, flat rate of $11 are charged for standard delivery and $15 for express shipping.

5. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the progress of their delivery through Australia Post.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Please ensure that your:

• Suburb 
• State 
• Postcode 
• Contact details 

are entered correctly.

Harmonic Heritage is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at:

We may request photographs or other information to help us investigate the issue and, where appropriate, work with Australia Post to resolve the matter.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Consumer guarantees apply automatically to eligible purchases and cannot be taken away by a business's terms or policies. 

8. Safe Drop and Delivery

Australia Post may offer delivery options such as Safe Drop or other delivery arrangements depending on the parcel, address and service selected.

Where available, these options are subject to Australia Post's applicable procedures and conditions.

9. Remote and Regional Areas

We offer Australia-wide delivery; however, orders going to regional, rural or remote locations may require additional delivery time.

The estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout should be used as the primary guide for your particular delivery address.

10. Changes to This Shipping Policy

Harmonic Heritage reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be published on this page with the updated Last Updated date.
