Certain products may be available exclusively through harmonicheritage.com.au.

Products may be available in limited quantities and may become unavailable without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the handcrafted nature of some products, individual items may have slight variations in colour, texture, finish, pattern, or other visual characteristics.

Such variations do not affect any consumer guarantees or rights that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

SECTION 5 – ORDERS & PAYMENT

When you place an order through harmonicheritage.com.au, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

After you place an order, we may send you an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order or that the order can be fulfilled.

We may decline or cancel an order where, for example:

• we are unable to fulfil the order; or 
• we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity. 

Payments are processed through Shopify, our third-party payment service provider. Your payment may also be subject to Shopify's applicable terms and policies.

All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.

We currently provide delivery services within Australia.

Orders are delivered through Australia Post or other delivery arrangements communicated to you at the time of purchase, where applicable.

Delivery timeframes provided on our website or at checkout are estimates and may vary due to factors such as the delivery location, public holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address when placing an order.

SECTION 7 – AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms, our Refund & Returns Policy, or any other policy on harmonicheritage.com.au excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). 

Our voluntary change-of-mind return policy operates separately from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be removed by a business's terms or refund policy.
